Spanakopita Scrambled Egg Pitas

These look so yum and super quick too, taking just 15 minutes to make.

For extra yum add sun-dried tomatoes or pesto over the pita before nestling the scrambled eggs inside.

One-Pot Greek Pasta

This one works best if you have a bit of left-over cooked pasta! It’s super easy and who doesn’t love pasta? If your kids aren’t into olives, swap them out for something else your fussy eaters like – totally easy to experiment and make up your own ingredients!
